ミラノIN,OUTの旅程だった為、旅の始めと終わりで計3泊しました。ミラノ中央駅前の立地につき、深夜到着時、空港バスを降り駅前広場を歩くだけの移動で非常に助かりました。室内はデザインホテルの内装でシンプルで使いやすいです。空調もよく効いて快適でした。2回目は駅側の部屋で、窓一面に立派な中央駅と駅前広場が見え爽快な眺望でした。 なお、デザインのため、バスルームとベットスペースに壁や仕切り扉が無い部屋もあります。湿気は大丈夫でしたが、音はうるさいかも知れません（2回目の部屋はバスルームがきちんと独立しているタイプでした）。朝食は近くのカフェに行くか、希望の時間に出前してもらい部屋で摂るかを選べます。

オフィス等が入った雑居ビルなので、入り口が分かりにくい。エントランスでブザーを押して開けてもらうシステムです。ホテルのあるフロアは7階位だったと思います。

駅の地下にスーパーがあり、水などを買って帰りましたが、近くなので便利でした。 朝食はクロワッサンとコーヒーのみですが、部屋まで運んでくれるので楽でした。

シャワールームの排水が悪く、足元にどんどん水がたまってきて、あふれてしまいました。 二日目は朝食を忘れられていました。

住所が記載されているところとは、違うため、ミラノセントラルからは近いが、探しまわり体力と時間のロスがありました。 ボロボロの建物の7階にあるのですが、建物を探すのに本当に苦労します。 とにかく疲れます。

ホテルの場所さえ把握してしまえば、中央駅までの近さはよかった。 そして電車の予約についてスタッフの方に聞きに行った所、パソコンで時間まで検索してくれ、とても親切な対応でした。

ホテルが分かりづらいとのレビューを見ていたので、細かく地図を用意していったのですが、それでもとても分かりづらかった。見つけたときもこれでは見つけられるわけないなと思うほどだった。そしてWi-Fiが使えると思い予約をしたのに、通された部屋はWi-Fiが使えないと言われた。受付付近でなければ使えなかった。

主要駅すぐそばでこの値段は安いのではないでしょうか。家族経営のフレンドリーなホテルで家に帰ってくるような安心感があります。部屋も広く清潔で居心地が良いです。朝食はブッフェスタイルでまずまず種類もありコーヒーもおいしいです。

ミラノ中央駅から本当にすぐそばですが、皆さんのコメントにあるように 雑居ビルの一部なので、解りにくいです。けれど本当に中央駅に近いのでちょっとした買い物は中央駅でできますし、メトロもすぐです 。また、出来て新しいということもあるかもしれませんが、この値段のクラスのホテルにしては、設備が整っており、またアメリカン風なので快適で過ごしやすいです。バスタブも大きく、お湯も豊富ですし、冷蔵庫もあります。中国人経営とはいえ、毎日シーツを交換してくれるのも、本当に快適でした。他の方のコメントで、朝食がチープ、とありましたが、この値段のホテルにはよくあることですし、もともと期待しないという意味では、毎朝、飲み物とブリオッシュを部屋に届けてくれるだけでも、個人的にはOKでした。 またこの近辺のホテルだと、騒音などもよくありますが、こちらのホテルは雑居ビルの７階を使っているせいか、夜も大変静かで過ごしやすかったです。 またミラノ滞在のときには利用したいと思います。

New looking rooms. Directly opposite the railway station.

1. Hard to find the hotel as no signs displayed. It was just a little name beside a door buzzer with all the building tenant names. You ring the doorbell and wait for them to answer. Then you take a public lift hoping it is safe and opens at a hotel. It was very disconcerting after a long day of travel. 2. TV didn't work in our room 3. Shower blocked and flooded in our sons room and they couldn't fix it. 4. Our sons had no internet access even though it was advertised to be available in all rooms. 5. Breakfast not brought to our sons room as they ran out of trays. 6. Safe didn't work in our room so had to use the one in our sons room. 7. Staff were incompetent on so many levels. They should not run a hotel as they don't know how to fix any of the problems. The issues continued for our two night stay.

"Hotel" is pushing it, was actually the 7th floor of a building - I walked past it twice looking for an actual hotel. The room was tiny, but practical for my needs. The wifi only worked in reception, but the room was so close I could get a signal by holding my phone against the door! TV didn't work. You are paying for location only, overpriced in my opinion.

Very good location right next to Milano Central Station and metro. Clean and modern rooms, very comfortable, minibar in the room. Free wifi (which was good when it worked).

No restaurant so breakfast was brought to the room in the morning. We ordered the night before by ticking which items we wanted from the "breakfast list" but we got something completely different in the morning. When the recetionist realised he had forgotten some things he said he would go and get them but he never came back. Japanese receptionists, one spoke OK English, the others not so good, so be prepared to type what you are trying to say into Google Translate which they have on their laptop in the reception. Although close to the station, the hotel isn't clearly signed, just a small label on the doorbell, the entrance is down a sidestreet across from the station, so a good idea to print out a map in advance and take it with you. (But, despite these things, the location by the station and standard of the rooms mean that we would definitely choose this hotel again in Milan).

The hotel is surprisingly awesome and new. The bathroom is especially very modern and comfortable. The design of the whole room is with very nice taste. No wonder it's Milan, the best city for fashion furniture design in the world. The location is also excellent, literally the train station is just what you see from the hotel window. The service is also good. The janitors just didn't take the tips we put there.

Convenient to Milano Centrale with a good price. Nice modern design and clean.

Wifi was not very good. Cut out a lot and had a weak signal (room 103), which was an inconvenience since we were counting on having internet there.

We have booked 2 rooms one is double room, which is big and very nice modern decorated, there are 2 build-in beds also which i think this room is for family with children as well. We like the room very much. However, the single room that we had was quite small. The staff was nice. Breakfast were included, it contains yogurts, apple, croissiant and coffee, which is enough for us Overall, it is a very nice hotel for this price.
